Aparthotel Princess Trentino Residences apartments are available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and check out is by 9:30 on the day of departure.

Upon arrival, guests of Aparthotel Princess are required to pay a €150 deposit along with any outstanding balance. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay, following the return of keys and a staff inspection of the apartment.

In case of cancellation of the stay:

SUMMER:

• Cancellation is free of charge up to 4 days before the arrival date.
• In case of cancellation from 4 days before arrival until 11:59 PM on the day before arrival, a penalty of 30% of the stay will be applied.
• In case of cancellation from 12:01 AM on the day of arrival (local property time) or in case of no-show, a penalty of 100% of the stay will be applied.
• Any 30% penalty may be refunded in the form of a voucher valid for 1 year.
• The property reserves the right to modify booking conditions for requests involving more than 3 apartments.
• After check-in, in case of early departure before the check-out date, no refund will be issued for unused nights.
• If the booking was made using a refund voucher, in case of cancellation the voucher is considered used and will not be reissued. Changes are only possible if the value of the new stay is equal to or higher than the original one.

WINTER:

• Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.
• If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days before arrival and until 11:59 PM on the day before arrival, a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total stay will apply.
• If the reservation is cancelled from 12:01 AM on the arrival date (local time of the property), or in the event of a no-show, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total stay will apply.
• The 30% cancellation fee may be recovered in the form of a voucher, which can be used within 1 year.
• The property reserves the right to modify the booking conditions for reservations involving more than 3 apartments.
• After check-in, in the event of early departure before the scheduled check-out date, no refund will be provided for any unused nights.
• If the reservation was made using a refund voucher, the voucher will be considered redeemed in the event of cancellation and will not be reissued. Changes are only possible if the value of the new stay is equal to or greater than the value of the original booking.

When confirming your booking, you can choose between two payment options:

1. Credit card as guarantee (Visa or Mastercard)

The card is required only as a guarantee of the booking.
Payment for the stay will be made directly at the property.
Upon arrival, the balance can be paid in cash, by debit card, cheque, or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

2. Advance payment via PayPal

You can choose between two options:

• Full advance payment at the time of booking.
• Payment in 3 instalments:
  • The first instalment is charged immediately upon booking.
  • The remaining two are charged automatically one month apart.

The tourist tax is €2.00 per day, applies from the age of 14, and must be paid on site.

The indoor heated swimming pool can be used after wearing a swimming cap and is supervised by a lifeguard. It can be accessed daily between 3 pm and 8 pm (schedule subject to possible change in low season). If you do not have a swim cap, you can purchase one at the facility at a cost of €3. Armbands and goggles are also available for purchase at a cost of €8.

The spa includes sauna, steam bath, experience shower and a small relaxation area. Use of the spa is restricted to those over the age of 16 and is possible from 3 pm to 8 pm (hours subject to possible change in low season).

Access to the gym is allowed between the hours of 8 am and 9 pm. It is equipped with Technogym machines such as elliptical, treadmill, exercise bike and multifunctional bench.

The baby room, where children can have fun with games and colours, is open from 8 am to 10 pm.

Our property is in a strategic location for mountain and ski enthusiasts: just 850 m from the Ciampac lifts and the Funifor to Col dei Rossi, the perfect starting point for the famous Sellaronda, 3 km from Canazei – Belvedere, and 8 km from Passo Fedaia and the Marmolada.

The property is just 3 km from the center of Canazei.

By paying an additional fee of €10 per day, you can accommodate an extra child in the apartment not over the standard number of beds. The child must not exceed 2 years of age. 

If you wish to receive an extra change of towels and have the staff clean the bathroom and floors before the end of your stay, the service charge is €50 for one-room and two-room apartments and €70 for three-room apartments.

A laundry department is located in the basement. You can use the washing machine (with detergent) and dryer for €5 per wash or drying cycle. The use of ironing board and iron, on the other hand, is free of charge.

At a cost of €10 per day you can park your car in the covered garage (for some apartment categories parking is included).

Strollers and baby backpacks are available for rent at a cost of €10 per day.

For those who wish, upon payment of €8 and security deposit of €25, you can rent a bathrobe – handy both to access the sauna and to keep in your apartment.

The property is not pet-friendly.
